Leslie W. Creasy

BIO

Leslie W. Creasy is the founding partner of Creasy Jones & Mitchell Attorneys at Law. A native of Covington, TN, he graduated from the University of Memphis Herff College of Engineering in 1987 with a BS in Electrical Engineering before earning his JD from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 1991.  In 2001, he opened the firm in a small downtown office in Savannah, Tennessee.

Using his past experience as an engineer, Leslie brings a detailed approach to the practice of law with the ability to coordinate and manage complex issues. 

​

Leslie has been an active member of the Savannah and Jackson, Tennessee communities.  He has served on the board of directors for the Hardin County Chamber and was a founding board member of the Hardin County Healthcare Foundation.  He has also served as a board member and treasurer of the Madison County Little League Baseball.  As member of All Saints Anglican Church in Jackson, Leslie served as a member of the vestry and as senior warden during the church’s property development.

Leslie resides in Jackson, TN, with his loving wife and two wonderful kids. Outside of his professional pursuits, he finds solace in beach trips with his family and unwinding by watching baseball games

S. Tyler Jones

BIO

S. Tyler (Ty) Jones is an attorney with deep roots in West Tennessee. A native of Pickwick, he attended Union University where he was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity as well as the Bulldog golf team. In 2003 he graduated magna cum laude from Union University with a BSBA in Economics & Finance before earning his JD from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2006.  

 

Presently, Ty holds several key leadership positions within the greater Hardin County area aimed at enhancing community welfare. He is the founding and current Chairman of the Hardin County Sports Hall of Fame, President of the River City Kiwanis Club, President of the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce, and Vice Chairman of the Darryl Worley Foundation Board of Directors. Additionally, he serves on the HMC Physician Services Board of Directors, the Tennessee River Resort District Board of Directors, and is a founding and current member of Savannah’s Christmas On Main Committee. Previously, he has served as Vice Chairman of the Hardin County Community & Healthcare Foundation Board of Directors, Chairman and Treasurer of the Hardin County Republican Party, Lieutenant Governor for the LaMissTenn District of Kiwanis International, and as a member of the Hardin County Fellowship of Christian Athletes Leadership Council. 

 

Ty has been honored as Hardin County’s Volunteer of the Year, has received the Chamber Service Award from the Hardin County Chamber of Commerce, and was recognized by the local Woodmen of the World chapter with their Community Leadership Award.

Ross Mitchell  

PARTNER

Ross Mitchell is a native of West Tennessee and has a strong family connection to McNairy County since its early settlement days. Ross is a 2005 graduate of Union University, where he was involved in student government and was a member of the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. He earned his juris doctor in 2009 from Mississippi College School of Law and is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Mississippi.

Aside from his law career, Ross is dedicated to helping his community. He is an Eagle Scout and part of the National Eagle Scout Association, displaying his commitment to service and leadership. He currently serves as the President of Arts in McNairy and serves on the board of Mental Health Developmental Services, showing his support for local groups.

​

Ross is a member of First Baptist Church in Selmer, where serves as deacon, vice-moderator, and small group leader. Ross is a member of the 2016 class of the University of Tennessee at Martin WestStar Leadership Program, and he currently serves on the local board for the Selective Service System.

​

Outside of work and community involvement, Ross enjoys traveling, music, and history. He also enjoys turkey hunting and supporting his favorite baseball team, the Atlanta Braves.
